Alright Ladies, here is the deal.  The awesome people of Morey’s Piers heard what we had to say about being recognized as locals and want us to enjoy what Wildwood has to offer as much as we want to.  In hopes that we can enjoy the place that we all call home, the wonderful folks of Moreys Pier, have offered us a great chance at a win.  (I am so sad I don’t get a chance but am super stoked for all of you, this is very exciting.)

g_logoThe Family Four Pack Ride Passes ($184.00 value) consists of four (4) VIP passes for the amusements at Spencer, Schellenger, and 25th Avenues.  The VIP tickets are valid for our “all you can ride” wristbands.  The VIP tickets may be redeemed at any time during our operating schedule, including holidays and weekends. VIP tickets are valid for a one-time use but give you the opportunity to spend the day acting like shoobies and exploring what the tourists get to see while we work hard all summer long being the locals that we are. Water surrounds us on three sides. If you drive more than 15 minutes you have to be going north.

  5. Tanya says:

Enter me to win, I love Cape May County because you are never far from the beach

  6. Marta says:

I’ve lived in Cape May County all my life(minus 1 year after I got married and was so in love I didn’t realize I had moved away.Still in love, but had to get back home to NJ!!!)and still have yet to discover all it’s hidden treasures. We have the best beaches and (free)park/zoo within minutes.Great libraries with tons of events available.Decent shopping and local eateries that cater to kids and adults alike. We have that country feel, but are a half days trip or less from all the major cities(D.C.,Philly,NYC).
I hear so many people complain about New Jersey and our county, but personally, there’s nowhere else I’d rather be!

  7. Marta says:

    Did I do it right?

  8. Nance says:

To say that my girls would have a blast at Morey’s is an understatement. We haven’t been since ‘06. I think that was two children ago-lol!I can picture a day in Sept when the crowds have thinned and the weather is a bit more tolerable. I hope to win, but I’m glad for who ever does-it’ll a great day for sure :)

  9. Kim Elisano says:

I love Cape May County for many reasons, but most importantly, I love the families that I have met and the events that are offered to get us all together! Of course, I love that the beach is just a few miles away and that we have “The Best of Both Worlds”- Fun in the summer with all the people and then the small town, quiet community, in the winter!

  10. Georgia says:

I have lived in Cape May since I was 8 years old which is 23 years. Even when I left for college and moved away I missed it so much I moved back with my husband and 1.5 yr old daughter. Well that was 6.5 years ago and I have had another daughter and bought a house in the Villas. I love living here. The reason I love living here so much is because every time you turn around you are seeing a person you have not seen in years. The schools are great especially Lower Twp and I love how all the township do activities for everyone such as Halloween and Christmas festivals, 4th of July events and everything is for families and cost little to no money. Plus the sports in the county are great. I talk to friends and families about where they live and they are also saying how great our area is. Well I could say a thousand nice things about Cape May County because we loving here so much.

  11. Jill says:

I LOVE living in Cape May County because I used to live else where. I am truly blessed that my parents made the decision to move the family to the “Shore.” I look forward to raising son here, I feel he is extremely lucky to have so many great things at his finger tips!

  12. Kira Rafter says:

I love that my children will grow up with the same wonderful childhood memories of the beach that I have! I hope that they never take it for granted like I have done.

  13. Becky says:

I love living here, but can’t make comparisons because I’ve never lived anywhere else. I was born here, and raised here as was my father and mother and their parents, and…too funny. I love the small town feel that is here, but never over the top. There is always someone you know, yet you can keep some privacy (OK only some). I love the remote location, but that we can still be in a city in a short while. And I don’t think I could live without the beach!

  14. Karen says:

I grew up in Wildwood. When I was a kid I thought everyone grew up on a boardwalk full of rides, and a beach. Now that Im a mommy of four, I get to see the joy I felt as a child expolode in my children’s faces, as I rediscover with them all the fun Cape May County has to offer. The beaches, the amusements, the games, the zoo, the nature center… I could go on and on.

  15. Melissa says:

So many things to choose from. Definitely one great thing about Cape May County is that you can have a taste of the beach as well as a taste of the rural farmland all in one. How awesome is it to be able to support the local farmers and have fresh grown farm produce to bring with you to relax on the beach? I also love that it’s not too over developed and that you still get that “small town” charm!

  16. Jeanne Donohue says:

What’s not to love? You can be at the beach watching dolphins jump in the waves in a matter of minutes from anywhere in Cape May County. Having lived in a city, I appreciate the slower pace of life here. It’s a great place to raise kids!

  17. Barbara says:

I LOVE cape may. We couldn’t live in a more amazing place. The calming ocean, the invigorating air, the fun boardwalk, the fresh sounds of laughter. It is so sweet. So refreshing. I really do believe that I live in a wonderful place. The smells, sights and sounds of Wildwood boardwalk bring us back to our childhood days of fun and fancy free. The sophisticated tastes of the lovely Cape may restaurants and the historical sights of restored beauty bring us back to another era. The calming ocean waves of Stone Harbor with the sights and sounds of nature. The quaint seaside village of Strathmere with hidden treasures to explore. The beauty and tranquility of Avalon. It is all here for us to enjoy and take in. I love it and I love living here! We are so blessed to live in a place where others travel miles to for a getaway. It is OUT getaway always.
